I didn't know where to turn or where to begin looking for relief from these headaches but I knew that I needed to do something in order to get them to stop. I carried a notepad around with me and I recorded absolutely everything that I did or came in contact with on a daily basis. I even recorded the times in the notebook so that I could nail it down precisely. Of course, I recorded any headaches that I had and what type of headaches they were. It wasn't long before I began to discover some of the headache triggers that I was dealing with.
